There are many simple things we can do free our mind feel calm and happy . One helpful way is to practice meditation where you sit quitely and focus on your breathing .you can also take a walk outside enjoy natures as fresh air can help you feel relaxed.



Listening  to relax music or you favorite songs and also clear your  thoughts and improve your mood .Another good idea is write your thoughts in a journal ,wich helps you understand your  feelings better.Doing light exercise like  yoga can also reduce stress and make your body feel fresh .Spending time with friends  and family talking about your day can help you feel supported and less worried .it's also important to take breaks from your phone or social media and give your mind some rest.By doing these simple activities every day you can slowly free your mind and feel more peaceful .
