Climate changes is significantly impacting our human life. Primarily due to human activities like deforestation , Pollution and green house gas emissions .Rising temperatures cuase extreme weather events( heatwaves, droughts , stroms) affecting communities and ecosystems .This leeds to food and water scarcity , health issues and displacement . Transitioning to renewable energy and reducing  carbon foot print can help mitigate  these effects .
